        I had an MRI at 830pm. All of the staff, from the front desk - who has to come down stairs and let each patient in upon arrival after doors lock - to the MRI tech, and even housekeeper. The facility was clean. They had good security in place for my personal belongings while I was in the MRI. The MRI tech was very compassionate and explained exactly what to expect.

        I am very claustrophobic and I was very anxious for my MRI at Vanderbilt Imaging at 100 Oaks. When I got there I was trembling but thank goodness I got the rock star of Imaging technologists, Jason He was so supportive and was able to put me through the tube feet first and even gave me a cloth to cover my eyes. Thanks so much. Give that guy a raise!

      Shuttle ServicesComplimentary patient transport vans provide patients and visitors transportation between Vanderbilt University Medical Center and various Vanderbilt Imaging Services sites (Belle Meade, Hillsboro, Midtown, and One Hundred Oaks/One Hundred Oaks North).                                                                                   Hours: Monday through Friday from 6:30am - 8:45pm.  One Hundred Oaks Evening Appointments: For arrivals past 6pm, call 615-936-3606, and we will meet you at Entrance D at the front of the building to unlock the doors for you.
