Sleep Number

We went in just for info. Not necessarily a intention to purchase. But a potential future purchase. It was really more curiosity also. Eric had no issues with showing us and demonstrating. Let us know he is not the pushy salesman type, which he represented to be true. After all of the knowledge of his and him also owning one. We were fascinated and hooked. Great job Eric! We are looking for later this week on the delivery. The experience was great, highly recommend. Even if it's just for info or curiosity. Thank You

If I could give you zero stars I would Mr. Eric niles explain that military discounts are un- ethical he degraded me and embarrass me and shame me for asking for a military discount and then when asking for his managers number he got really irritated and started making derogatory remarks and comments I've never have cryed so hard it my life we will be contacting the news in the newspaper as well as the family attorney I will never buy from them again and I suggest all avoid this location as Eric is an ugly human I would suggest going somewhere else or you can be treated decently and respectful

Our experience with Eric regarding our original purchase was great. He is very knowledgeable with all of the sleep number products . Upon receiving our bed the base platform wasnt what we thought that we would be receiving due to a slight misunderstanding during the original purchase. We went back to the store the next day after delivery to discuss with Eric and he did everything above and beyond to get the misunderstanding corrected and changed to the base that we assume that we would be receiving.
