Liberdade Jiu Jitsu

I had a FANTASTIC experience dropping in to Liberdade Jiu Jitsu. I am a purple belt who likes to drop in to gyms in cities where I travel and let me tell you that Liberdade is one of the best I've ever done. The space was clean, the instruction was high level, and the rolls were tough. Highly recommend!

An absolute gem of an academy. I've visited on 2 separate occasions whilst in Nashville for work. I've been training for almost 15 years, habing trained and competed all over the world and you will not find a more welcoming and friendly place to train. And that's before I mention that it's run by a bjj legend and one of pioneers of the modern game. I have admired his style since my blue belt days. Milton and his partner have created a world class facility that I count myself fortunate to have experienced. I wish I could have spent more time there, soaking up some of Milton's wisdom and will certainly drop in if I find myself in Nashville again. May they have great success
