        A straight up nightmare. No communication. Constantly cancelling appointments but not notifying me and still making me pay a copay only to find out its not happening. The billing is crazy, I was told therapy would be $50 per session. Now, 4 months later, theyre back-billing me $90 per session because they dont like how much my insurance covered. I did testing, paid $500 for it, and then they never actually sent me the final report - I had to call back and request it. I was considering doing ketamine and TMS with them, but idk why I would let such a poorly organized group do anything further to my brain at this point. Edit: shocked that yall would reply to this review, not mention anything about my MANY other mentioned issues, and also not respond to my detailed email or request to speak to someone via phone. Shameful customer service! Edit 2: surprise, surprise! Do yall think anyone at Athena Care made time to call me this week? Noooope. They wont even answer the phone or emails. Only limited text communication and snarky responses to google reviews. It has been over 3 weeks since I started trying to raise this issue to leadership. Guess theyre busy putting out other fires!
