Easy home delivery. Clear communication for days on the delivery. It arrived on the early side of the 3 hour window. Delivery person called 20 min out. It was already assembled vs. what i read about assembly. So pleased!

UPDATE 2: We are now 2 hours past the delivery window, RXO resolution specialist is unable to reach the driver and conveniently the hub is closed. They were unable to inform me of any deliver tonight or any redelivery options tomorrow. So to wrap things up, this company cannot keep track of their drivers nor the shipments.UPDATE: It is now an hour and AFTER the delivery window, their website is nice enough to provide a GPS tracker of the truck, it is currently sitting in the parking lot of a Waffle House.It's sad I can't give zero stars. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. Excuse after excuse why I couldn't get my deliver. It sat in their warehouse for weeks. Finally got a delivery date. Conveniently their truck breaks down and can't get it out for another week. I get a call an hour before the delivery window ends on the new day, driver's helper apparently gets sick and they will call me in a FEW HOURS, this is at 5pm on. Friday. EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE.
