I have called them now 6 TIMES and left 2 messages and 4 voicemails with no call back. The secretary wont give me an email to anyone and I am now being sent to a collection agency over an issue with my building (who this agency represents) because no one will respond to me about my situation and help me. They dont even respond to my own attorney. The lack of unprofessionalism is just mind blowing.

I recently had the misfortune of engaging the services of Jennifer McCoy, touted as the "Eviction Tsar" in Nashville. My experience with this attorney was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others to prevent them from making the same mistake.Jennifer's blatant disregard for ethical standards and a total lack of concern for tenants' rights left me appalled. It was clear from the outset that her primary motivation was profit, regardless of the ethical or legal boundaries crossed to achieve it.One of the most concerning aspects of my interaction with Jennifer was her willingness to engage in unethical and threatening practices to further her clients' interests. It seemed as though she would stop at nothing to achieve her goals, even if it meant trampling on the rights of tenants in the process. It is deeply disheartening to encounter a legal professional who is so willing to ignore the principles of fairness, justice, and the law itself.Communication with Jennifer was consistently problematic. She and her staff appeared disinterested in providing clear guidance or answering questions about the legal processThroughout my ordeal, I couldn't help but feel that Jennfier had lost sight of the importance of upholding the law and ensuring that justice prevailed. Her actions reflected a complete lack of empathy or consideration for the lives and rights of the tenants she was attempting to evict. It was an eye-opening and deeply disheartening experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
