Absolutely wonderful experience! Went to Tiffanys Green Hills a couple weeks ago to drop off bracelets that needed repairing & everyone was so nice. It was hard for me to part with bracelets Id never let out of my sight for 20+ years but they made me feel comfortable and like my precious pieces were in good hands. When I went back to pick them up, I could not believe how beautiful they looked! My bracelets are 20 & 22 years old and they looked brand new. While I was there, I decided to buy myself a new bracelet & Christina M. was such a delight to work with. She showed me a few different options after listening to my preferences, and in the end I left with exactly what I wanted. Christina was incredibly personable, kind, down to earth, and just overall had a great vibe & radiated joy which was contagious. She listened to not only my preferences but my little stories about how Tiffanys is so special in my family & what it means to me. She is a top notch human to have as the face of the brand and is someone I will ask for by name for future needs. Grateful!
