I have had my engagement ring for going on 29 years now. It looked to us like the setting was bent so my husband looked up who to take it to locally, based on reviews, I called William. I took it in to have him look at it and as it turned out it was not bent after all, BUT William cleaned her up for me and checked to make sure all diamonds were secure and he could not have been nicer. I have already recommended him to a couple of people just off that meeting with him. Thank you William!
