Cumberland Cooling came out to my property and charged over $500 for one hour of work with zero parts. They charge over $400 for any repair to the low voltage system.

These folks did some work for us in 2022, and they've stood behind their work even when some minor issues popped up a year later. This review is one way to share that we think they're a good company to choose, but we'll be telling our friends and neighbors who have HVAC work they need done as well.

I called Cumberland cooling at 10:30 AM on a Thursday morning during the snow week, and within two hours, two technicians came out and got my heat working. I was was straight up miserable without heat, and beyond grateful they were willing to come out in this crazy weather, especially on such short notice. The workers were friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. They explained everything they did in terms that were easy to understand. One tech even found an unrelated issue, providing me with pictures and the proper verbiage to use when contacting the company responsible for the damage. I cannot recommend them enough.

These guys came and looked at my mini split in the fall. They quoted me for the problem but also were very honest in telling me my options and the type of time I had. They filled me up with coolant free of charge even though I decided to wait financially on getting the work done. I was so impressed with their service all around and when I do get the work done, itll be these guys doing it!
