Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA)

How am I getting help when I pay full rent I swear my Case worker doesn't know how to count!!! How can anyone get on their feet when THDA don't help and expect you to pay full rent!!! My case worker needs to retire point blank period!! With her non counting @$$!!! By the way Sherri Messer needs to retire ASAP!!! I honestly feel in my heart that she hates me but has never met me in person and yes she's rude and just don't CARE!!!!!!!

I have been trying for over a week to reach my worker,I know she has 9ther things to do and am not the only client,but to hear not a word from your worker in that 58me frame is unprofessional,and I have never had this problem before,,Communication is key,,

They told me that we do not qualify, and with what little my husband does make. We are way below poverty, and he's on disability. We're in-between housing and living out in our vehicle. We have 2 dogs as well, and we have doctors notes for them both. They're house broke. No need to get back and leave a comment after this because as soon as we can. We're moving out of this Godforsaken state.

They are awful refuses to come down and speak to anyone never answers the phone ! Can leave a voicemail bc its full . They are literally getting paid to do nothing and help no one !!
