The Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection

ATRCIOUS experience at check in (Jessica) my husband and I stay in Marriotts 100 days a year and this is hands down the WORST. Went to 1 Hotel a few blocks away and its a different world. Fantastic experience. Plenty of hotels downtown avoid this one at all costs.

I had high hopes for my stay at the Union Station Nashville Yards. Unfortunately the hotel did not match those. While the building itself is phenomenal, the room was very smelly, the AC extremely loud and the service was average at best. Dont get me wrong, nothing was horrible or terrifying, but it was a $200 a night experience not $500.

The hotel was so beautiful and had a really nice ambiance. I loved the mix of the train station and older hotel feel it had. With that being said, my room felt lacking in personality and empty. It felt more like someone stuck a bed and tv in a warehouse. I could also hear everything going on around me in the hotel. I had also noticed that my lotion bottle provided by the hotel had already been used when I went to use it. Overall, it was a neat experience and not a bad hotel; but I expected more from an Autograph Collection hotel
