    HORRIBLE!!!! Be careful and make sure they check you in. I checked in at 2:30 with my fiance, got keys and everything. Went upstairs to put our stuff up and then left to walk around downtown. We got back roughly around 7:30 and nothing was said to us. Around 11:50 that night,We got woken up by someone trying to come into the room because tje system said our room was empty. The lady at the front desk tried calling up but the phone was not ringing. We literally got checked in finally at 11:55, after already been given keys, taking my phone and putting a card on file. Rooms: Rooms look nothing like the pictures. They look worse. The blinds are garbage, the paint was not finished. The shower water smells like chlorine.

    I used this place for airport parking. The price was great. The downside is the shuttle service starts at 7 am I had to check in by 5:45 so I had to spend $11 for Uber. When I arrived back to the airport I called the shuttle. He said he was down at ground transportation and he wasn't. Over the course of an hour and 10 minutes I called the shuttle number 4 times with no answer. I called the hotel and asked them if the could get the shuttle to me. That they did. When he finally got there he asked why didn't I call I showed him on my phone where I did. The calls never went through to his phone. Which he apologized for. This cost me about an hour and a half travel time to home which is a 2 and a half hour drive. I will definitely not use this particular lot for my airpor parking again.
