Very nice building in a good location. We loved some of the small touches (for example: the laundry bags had handles that did not break, the breakfast was fresh, and the water bottles were immediately useful).
The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful. Luke did an A+ job as valet. Overall great experience, would stay again.
Bear in mind that the rooms at this Home2 Suites are pretty tight. They gave us a room with about 60 inches of hallway, which doubled as workspace for the appliances and bathroom egress (the doors open into each other). With about 10ft 20ft in the sleeping area, you have about 200-300 square feet - which is below average.

Excellent service. Great location!
Rooms: Rooms have good amenities and are very fulfilling.
Nearby activities: There are tons of places to dine nearby and Broadway is about a ten minute walk away.
Walkability: You can walk just about anywhere you need to within 20 minutes of travel time.

Normally we love Home2 Suites. The other location in Nashville is a fav. But this location is not up to the level we usually encounter. Counter staff were dismissive, bored, and unhelpful. When I asked if they had dedicated rooms for people allergic to pets I was told no, but we clean our rooms well. Consequently I have two flea bites on my feet and I'm highly allergic to fleas. The rooms here are not as clean as usual for Home2 Suites. All light switches were smudged with dirt. Corners of bathroom were not cleaned. The thermostat didn't regulate the temp but blew cold until the room was freezing then shut off until the room became warm. We were on the 7th floor and we're not informed that the wifi is difficult to join so struggled for thirty minutes until I called the front desk and was given a different joining password. Wouldn't it have been nicer to let us know that when we were given our room keys? Breakfast here though was better than at the other location. Hot breakfast sandwiches and premade omelettes. The location is good. Close to Hattie Bs and Vanderbilt. But there are many choices around this area for about the same price. We will probably try one of those other hotel chains next time since they're all about the same price once you add in the $40 parking fee.
