    This hotel was a rip off in terms of the number of points I had to use to stay here. This looks like an old "motel" where rooms are on the outside. Very modest accommodations. Won't stay again.

    It's a motel not a hotel and its on the verge of being run down but it was about 2 blocks from Broadway which was awesome and some of the employees were okay/nice but most were uneducated and working at a motel was probably like being a doctor to them and their familys.

    Wifi didn't work, air conditioner did not work had to move rooms, spend an extra $100 and stay somewhere else.

    Okay, so firstly, this is not a $500 a night hotel like most of Downtown Nashville so my rating has this in mind. All of the staff were friendly, my room looked like it had been recently refurbished maybe, it felt brand new. Breakfast was quite nice - and is included! Would I stay here again ? Yes definitely.

    Buyer beware: We had to cancel our trip due to a medical emergency with one of our cats. Unfortunately, we booked with a third-party site that didn't offer refunds. We attempted to see if we can just get a credit even for a future visit and while it's understandable that a hotel can choose to enforce this, they also have the leverage to waive this if they wanted. Stacy Lee (the manager) didn't return calls and his emails were confusing, rude, and unhelpful and wouldn't offer any kind of middle ground. Edit in response to Stacy: This is just plain gaslighting. I sent an email attachment of my reservation to Stacy when he asked me to provide 'registration'. I called the hotel to ask to speak to him on what he meant by registration and he wouldn't take my call and the front desk didn't know what he meant. Stacy didn't acknowledge the attachment when I asked if that was what he required. Rather, he responded with a rude "To end this we will stick with your current reservation and policy." Nothing I said about this is false. My curse-laden response only came after you ignored my questions for clarification over several emails and stated you wouldn't be doing anything. You could not have been less clear or helpful and you were rude and short in all of our emails. You claimed you couldn't find a reservation under my name despite your front desk finding it without issue. Perhaps email communication isn't your strong suite in which case, why not just take my call and maybe if you were sincere about helping me, we could have clarified what you actually meant.

Justin Barnett,Your claim about non-response is a false and we can post the email in your words that clearly displays your false comment. The truth is you purchased a no cancel/full payment reservation (Fact). You were given the opportunity to provide the proof of a reservation in your name, you did not (Fact). You were asked to provide any documentation to support your request, you did not (Fact). What you did do, was send a nasty curse laced written response, once you were reminded of your decision and non-action. It is the reason we request documentation.
