We had a great stay we came for the weekend for a concert we had great service breakfast was good the shuttle was helpful and the driver Jeanette was fantastic absolutely would stay again

If you're booking this hotel bc you're looking for someplace quieter than the downtown and Broadway area, you'll be disappointed. You can hear the people walking upstairs, the actual building/room shakes constantly, and you hear all the traffic noise outside. Our room (318) also had some odd mechanical noises at night through the wall. They offer free parking, breakfast, and a decent fitness center but the noise made it not as pleasant of a stay. Side note: Marriott also doesn't seem to value their status members as our room preferences were not honored (again), and the front desk's reply is that they're fully booked. However these reservations were booked about 6 wks ahead so the room reservation person isn't doing a great job.

The staff was very friendly in the rooms were very clean. The whole hotel is really nice. The pool was nice everything. The only thing I would recommend is that they check the breakfast a little better. The eggs were a little over salted but the lady there was trying her hardest. Shuttle service to Nashville is worth the stay alone. They were very prompt and easy to work with.
