HomeFirst is an awesome company providing private duty home healthcare services. Charlie the Director of Nursing is amazing and goes above and beyond to staff and support myself with special needs. The nurses have been family and are very caring. HomeFirst has truly been a blessing to our family!

They are an amazing company to work for !! Charlie does an exceptional job working with the families and employees. He goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is taken care of. I would definitely recommend working for HomeFirst.

Do not work for this company in the private duty sector, they refuse to pay out pto, the director is all about the upper management, he is a liar and all about drama, says he doesnt get in the middle of drama but he will start it and then back out and lie, lie, lie.

I cannot express how amazing this company has been in providing care for my special needs daughter. We were with Home 1st home health care when they initially started doing private duty nursing over three years ago. This isnt just a nursing company, we truly felt like we were a part of the family. Charlie, the new ADON worked tirelessly to try to fully staff our case and did an exceptional job. And even the prior ADON and HR were amazing. Unfortunately, we did have to relocate to another state but I know for a fact that we will never find another company that truly put our needs first. I am eternally grateful for them.The knowledge that I have learned and the connections that I have made have been priceless. We love them for ever, and that will never change. If youre smart, you will stay with them as long as you can.
