Shake Shack Green Hills

This place has everything!!! Covered parking, premium location, a complimentary foosball table, a complimentary full-size tabletop shuffleboard game, filtered tap water, tvs, outdoor dining patio, great menu including beer and wine, high quality hamburgers, crinkle cut french fries and milkshakes. They even bring the food to your table! Nice employees and a great customer base who really energize the restaurant with all the activity. Our tab was only $26 for two single hamburgers, one order of fries and one milkshake.

Observed an employee going to the restroom and not washing their hands, despite seeing me wash mine. He then proceeded to go to the kitchen.

Probably the most rude anyone has ever been to me in the service industry. My husband and I came in and there were hardly any other diners in the restaurant. There were at least five employees standing behind the counter cutting up with each other and on their cell phones standing about 5 feet back from the cash register. They looked up and saw us and we said hello and no one responded or even acknowledged that we were there for around 2 1/2 minutes. Finally I had to say excuse me two different times to get anyones attention to ask if someone would be willing to take our order. They rudely directed me to the kiosk. As this was all happening here was a huge french fry spill and they were picking it up with their hands, it was disgusting. We decided to just leave without ordering and as we were on our way out they yelled at us goodBYE. We just moved to the neighborhood and we will not be returning for another visit.
