Ellis Funeral Home & Cremation Service

I was there at a friend's daughter funeral and the staff was rude and had no sympathy for the family they paid to be there till 8pm and the staff closed the restrooms at 7:30pm cause they had already cleaned. they were rushing people to leave cause it was almost 8pm. The staff complained about having to clean up after people had coffee and some food there and at the cemetery they took the body to the wrong side of the cemetery and had a line of cars behind them with no scort crossing the road across Thompson lane to get to the other side of the cemetery, the funeral home was not prepared at all, I know this is a business but it's not cheap to pay for these services so I would expect better service.

The staff are always very professional. They have provided service for my family for may years now. You can not ask for better people to serve you during this time.

Their was no funeral people at the funeral how do you drop a body at the church leave and have the family very very unhappy I think Ellis was not professional at all.

The staff at Ellis Funeral home go above and beyond to support you and help you through all the intricate details of planning and executing a funeral. For our family the funeral was unexpected and challenging as our loved one was in another state. The staff at Ellis jumped into action, with one phone call, to help with the logistics of bringing our loved one home. Their attention to detail and care for our needs was so appreciated. Then at the end of the year we were invited to a holiday memorial service at Ellis and treated to dinner. Amazing staff and service!
