three days late with flowers and the arrangement wasnt full. they then complained about having to go to the door to deliver.

Terrible!!! Never again. Promised to deliver flowers on Valentines day and didn't deliver until 4pm the next day. Flower were ridiculously small for the price. The chocolate was cheap. The order was through Proflowers. Don't use either services.

I received a Valentines Day bouquet a day late with no notice of a delayed delivery. The delivery driver pulled into the school where I teach with his music blaring. He then stood infront of the window until the kids notified me that there was a man with flowers looking at us. I went out to greet him and he quickly handed the vase to me. There were only 10 roses and they looked a few days old and were starting to wilt. The most ridiculous part was that one of the roses was a white rose that they tried to dye red! It was noticeably a different shade of red.

Ordered for Valentines Day I requested that they called upon arrival for delivery the flowers were left at my door and the order was also rong and missing a box of chocolate tried calling the store all day left multiple messages no answer, sent emails no response..

We received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from Art and Flowers. I have never received a more lovely arrangement.
