Not Delivered! Scam Likely!
There was a problem when I tried ordering a flower delivery online and I was charged twice. I tried calling the shop, and no one picked up. The phone recording said that the voicemail inbox was full, so I couldnt leave a message. I tried calling again the next day, and no one ever contacted me. The recipient never received her flowers. I froze my credit card and got a message saying that a new charge was attempted on it now I have to kill it and call to get the charges canceled while Im trying to finish my Christmas shopping.
Do not order from this shop!

Great customer service! I called from Alaska to have a bday arrangement for a close friend in nashville and everything went so smooth. Betty is really kind and super helpful, the flowers were fresh and so beautiful. Definitely recommend and will be ordering from here again! Thank you, Betty and staff! x

Such amazing Customer Service from Betty! She went out of her way to rush my orders for a funeral. I live out of town and wasn't able to see the flowers for myself so she sent me a text showing me the arrangement. She went above and beyond any flower shop I've ever used! Thank you so much Betty!
