        I highly recommend Thompson Lane Eye Care. I appreciate the time & care Dr. Jones gave me during my exam. Ive been going to optometrists for decades & no other doctor has ever been as thorough as Dr. Jones. Its apparent she cares about her patients & their eye health. 5/5!

        Do not recommend ! Waited a month for my glasses. I called weekly. Got a different excuse each time. They blamed my insurance for being slow. Etc. She had them sitting on the desk the whole time. Said the lenses were processing without the frames ?! Then said oops. I'm currently sitting at a different eye care. In response : No actually they received a claim for the visit. They NEVER received one for the glasses. Easily verifiable. Yes, it was a different excuse weekly. I record all phone calls.Also the new eye care can't even enter my contact prescription into the computer. It isn't a real prescription as written. The Dr. Was very nice and competent. I wish I could say the same for her front desk staff.

        Excellent friendly staff, especially the boy who works there and the doctor is a wonderful person, the secretaries are also delighted to have found this place for my eyes, they do everything possible to do well and very comfortable, I highly recommend this clinic

      I'm sorry we had a difficult time with your insurance. However, it isn't a different excuse each time. Your insurance does not cover glasses for patients over 21 years of age. We have to get it approved. We have put in extra work, effort, and time to work with your insurance to try to get them approved for you. We can not send the glasses to the lab until we get the approval and correct paperwork from your insurance, which we do not have. This is why your glasses were still here. I wish the new place luck in working with your insurance and getting you a new pair of glasses.
