From office staff to docs ...they are the BEST! Dr. J is a joyous soul and I enjoyed his uplifting and happy bantering throughout the entire process. I can honestly say that it was the best root canal I have ever received! LOL

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! I had so much anxiety about getting a root canal based on a bad experience with a previous dentist. Add to that the amount of pain I was in...I'm sure you could probably guess that I was a terrified bundle of nerves when I walked in their office. Everyone I encountered was wonderful. WONDERFUL! When I called to see if there were any available appointments, Sharon (I believe) said they could get me in the same day and after I realized I scheduled the appointment for the wrong location I called back and she was able to schedule me for the Nashville location just a few hours later. Once inside I met my dentist, Dr. Sheats-Mathis and her dental assistant Destiny, both of whom were incredibly patient, comforting and professional the whole way through. The stigma attached to "root canal" had me terrified that the procedure was going to be incredibly painful but the truth is I never felt a single bit of pain. Once they were finished I was sent over to Allison so that I could pay and that experience was just as smooth. If you are suffering and in pain like I was but you keep putting off a root canal for the same reason I did please please please believe me when I tell you that your experience at Sheats Endodonics will be pleasant and pain free. I literally could not say enough good things about this group. If you ladies happen to see this thank you again for everything!

Sheats Endodontist Group was fantastic. Dr. Sheats was amazing and explained everything in detail from start to finish . He was so funny , whistled , and just made you feel comfortable. Jessica his assistant was great also . Was always asking if you are okay . She was pleasant and sweet . Front desk people great and Doris in financial office super also . Highly recommend! Thank all of you for a great job and for all the comfort you gave me .
