        Pros: This company has the most readily available products for trim and doors in Nashville. Cons: Terrible sales department. If you call, don't bother leaving a voicemail. I have never had a return call in the past 5 years I've been a Contractor. If they put you on hold, you're gonna be on hold for a very long time. Products used to be above average quality. Lately, the quality has seemed rushed. Last ordered was a pre hung interior door and the jamb was too small for the door. I had to hammer it out " to make it work and just fill the gap with caulk. I wish they'd get it together. I want to give this company more stars.

        Purchased a very very expensive door nearly 3 months ago. Still has not arrived. No updates. And doesn't get back to us. Starting to feel robbed. This how you treat customers who drop thousands?
