He interacts so well with the guests, gets people on the dance floor, and keeps the party going! He was so easy to work with and accommodating! I want another wedding just so I can hire bret!!!

Bret did an amazing job at our wedding last month! He went above and beyond to make sure our day went as smoothly as possible. I've lost track of the amount of compliments I have received on his music selection and lighting. He exceeded our expectations and was truly a pleasure to work with. Can't recommend him enough!

Since there is no way to respond to a response, I will leave it here. First and foremost, my faith is bigger than your accusations. Every vendor we hired was paid prior to the wedding, or on the day of. We had one of the biggest weddings our venue had ever had, over capacity actually. To the accusation that legal action was being taken was and is all false information. I contacted the wedding vendor personally to confirm there was not legal action and to verify that nothing was owed to them. Their words exactly were "We definitely have not sought legal action. Ever. I truly do not know what he is talking about. Rest assured, you don't owe us anything and we have not once contacted legal counsel." Those were the owners own words. So that being said Mr. Rideout even thru the fog of doing life without my mom, we made sure that everyone was paid for and our day would run as smoothly as possible. Yes, we were satisfied with DJ Chris, but that is besides the point. You hired him from another company
and didn't pay him the amount you were hired for yourself. After speaking to Chris, I found a lot of information that I was unaware of. I will once again defend that I hired DJ Rideout. I did not hire the services of a totally different company. To address the discounted services, word of mouth and an army vet. Yes, we got a discount but that doesn't give you the right to hire a totally different company. That price was still higher than if we would have hired DJ Chris ourselves. So basically we paid a third party to hire a dj for us. Shout out to DJ Chris once again for the job he did. DJ Chris is an honest man, an army vet and an outstanding guy that wasn't even aware that we didn't know he had been hired to fill in. He was completely oblivious to what was happening when I spoke to him after the honeymoon. Yes, I contacted him personally to get all the details.
The defensiveness and lies on your part is enough to speak to anyone. I will be glad to disclose all text between you and I, all my vendors and all receipts showing everything on our end was paid just like I stated before. You sir took 6 months to respond to the first review to "take time to reflect." Please take time to reflect on the lies that you have construed. My mom always taught me "vengeance is mine saith the Lord", I pray the Lord deals with your heart. I'm not asking for any refund, at this point it's now an apology to the lies you have now construed to cover your back.
For those that read his last response to my review, please discern between a woman that was grieving her mother, planning a wedding, entrusting that people would be truthful and honest and a dj that took full advantage of the situation and took on a higher paid gig in another state. When I confronted DJ Rideout, he asked me not to leave a bad review because this was how he supported his wife and kids. Our money means the same to our family as yours does to your family. We have 6 kids among the two of us. I looked for discounts and the cheapest way to make this wedding amazing. Everyone told me to go all out on food and the DJ and that is what I did. Had he handled this differently, we would not be in this position. I will once again be glad to provide all paid in full receipts.
