LISTEN When i came to this small independent trailer business, I was expecting the typical tastes of Nashville. Bland, non-seasoned, clearly-canned peach/fruit fillings which were going to be topped with some crust tasting of unseasoned flour. BUT MY GOD THAT WAS GOOD!!!! The peach cobbler can only be described as UNIQUELY delicious, as it incorporated a buttery flavor packed soft biscuit which enhanced the favor of the peaches nestled underneath this masterpiece. With one bite I know this bowl was about to be clean out with joy! Then I got the pineapple cobbler, which again is a unique treasure thankfully located with the heart of one of Nashvilles bohemian districts! The pineapple dish was a perfect marriage between a cobbler and pineapple upside-down cake, which paired with a simple whipped cream took my whole experience to new heights. The store has a motto: Theres nothing a good cobbler cant fix and by God, if youre having a bad day, or if youre looking for the icing on the cake to make a truly perfect day, you need to RUN here and get you this cobbler!!!!! 10/10 - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
