        They didn't have no price on items so how you know if it worth the price you spending.And they didn't have any activities for small children.

        I chose the cashier counter to pay for my items because I don't trust many self-check out systems. I was asked if I had a reward with them which I don't. So I applied. The cashier asked for my phone number, address, and email which is fine. When she asked for my yearly income, I was very uncomfortable and wanted to cancel. But she said the system wouldn't allowed her to. So I'm calling Michaels headquarters.

        Highly disappointed. Attempted to a return an order to this store location that was purchased online. The manager refused to process the return and claimed that the store does not accept returns ordered online due to "store policy." This location should educate all employees on how to process returns online, or ensure there are knowledgeable staff members who understand how to process returns.
