Horrible company!!! Do not use them. They do not care about their customers. They hit the curb and messed up my rim on a vehicle I just purchased!!!!! Didn't say anything. It was pouring down raining so I did not notice until I got home. Now mind you I have been valent parking with them for the last 3 months while at Physical Therapy, so they know me. The least they should have done is told. me. Pitiful!!!!! That says a lot for the company. I hope they go out of business!!!! Losers!!

Leaving on a cold Nov morning, I missed the bus at my closest stop and decided to walk to the next closet where the bus was picking up some senior citizens. After they were on, she also waited for me to get on. I was most appreciative because I was already cold.

I as a employee bus rider have been asking has the buses been getting cleaned. And yes, was the answer, sometimes. So in my opinion they need to be cleaned every single day. Some are way more dirtier than some.
