        The customer service staff do not care about you at all if you are not a living resident there. They treat guests with disrespect and ask you to leave the premises if you are not a current resident. I was even accompanied by a current resident in the dog park and they still told me I was trespassing, even though they allow other people who do not live there to utilize the dog park. If you are not a current resident, then you will not be treated with respect.
