I have been using Bytes of Knowledge for almost ten years. I used three other outsourced/managed services companies before switching to BoK, and it's night and day difference in service and dedicated understanding of your environment.

Bytes of Knowledge has provided IT services for our organization for over twelve years. Four years ago, we took bids from several IT companies, since we had been with Bytes for so long. They came back as being very comparable in pricing and we’ve continued to partner with them. Their staff has a thorough knowledge of technology and is always helpful.
