What a great experience. The atmosphere, drinks, cigars and service were to notch. If I loved closer to a location, I would be a member.

Super cool and fun experience overall. One of the most aesthetically pleasing cigar bars Ive ever been to. Drinks were great. My only critique would be that the charge to choose your spirit for cocktails is extremely expensive and it would have been nice to know that an advertised cocktail for $16 turned into over $30 with a low level Old Forester. I would have gladly chosen a well had I known the extra charge was so far beyond anywhere Ive ever been.

When we walked into the red phone booth I was amazed by how authentic the location was! We entered through the phone booth and were sat at the bar by a very nice gentleman who explained the speakeasy to us. Unfortunately, thats when we were ignored by the bartender. When we sat down, he was talking to his coworker but made eye contact with me. A few minutes later when I excused myself for interrupting and asked for a menu, he dropped it in front of me without saying anything and then went back to talking to his coworker. We were one of a handful of people at the bar and he wasnt talking to any other customers or making drinks so we didnt understand what was going on. A gentleman sitting a few seats down from us even said he was being treated the same way and was leaving as soon as he could get that same bartender to give him his check. We were about ready to walk out with him when another bartender came and totally changed our experience. She introduced herself and even took the time to learn our names. Her knowledge of the menu really helped us to pick our drinks, which she made herself in front of us and were very delicious. After explaining that I could not smoke cigarettes (which didnt make much sense because cigar smoking is allowed and different staff members were vaping), she even took the time to take me to the humidor herself and found me a great cigar. For my last drink she made one special for me that wasnt on the menu and it was the best one! The whole time we were there she went out of her way to check on us and make us feel like we were guests in her home. Overall, the whole experience gets three stars because the first bartender (short guy with glasses) was exceedingly rude the entire time we were there but the bartender who came to save the day (Vanessa) was absolutely fantastic!
