I took my car here to have a fog light, a tire pressure sensor, and my wiper fluid reservoir replaced. Three very simple fixes. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am on a Thursday and was told Id be called with an update on if they had the parts and the quote for the cost. However, there was zero communication from my servicer the entire day. When I finally called close to the end of the day I was told by someone else that my servicer had already left for the day, that he never even inspected my car, and that my car would apparently need to stay overnight into the next day. I was never told upfront by anyone that my car might need to stay for more than a day. The next day roles around and all morning I still get zero calls. I called multiple times and left a voicemail for my servicer that morning to find out what was happening with my car and didnt finally get a call back until 2 pm the second day after finally having to request a manager to get involved . By that time I was not willing to leave my car there for a third day in order to have all three fixes completed so I only opted for the tire sensor to be replaced so I could finally get my car back. I figured after all that trouble I needed at lease ONE thing to actually get fixed. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would never go back nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

2022-2023 update: Im dropping the rating because of an issue I had with a GM based recall that they refused to help me honor. Every time I called to get assistance I would be promised a call back and it never came.. I even went by when I was told to show up and the right person wasnt there after driving 2* hours to get there. I really hate to drop rating but I cannot with good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone past the buying experience.. once you have completed your purchase youre on your own. I truly hope things have gotten better, but I will not be returning to this dealership nor sending anyone I know to them.I had been looking for a Colorado Z71 for quite some time... and I'd been on more Chevy dealer's websites hunting for the perfect truck for longer than I care to admit. When we found Carl Black Chevy and called to schedule a viewing of the truck we were trying not to get our hopes up. However when Haydn Cone stepped out the door and greeted us it changed the entire experience of the day. Haydn was absolutely amazing from the moment we shook hands to the time we closed the deal. He answered every single question with honesty and wasn't pushy like sales people have been with us in the past. At the end of the day he truly wanted to make sure that we were happy with the vehicle and left with the deal that we wanted. ON TOP OF THE GREAT SALES SERVICE, after finding out the truck wouldn't be ready by the time the dealership closed, Haydn made sure that we could drive home in our trade-in vehicle as a loaner and drove over and hour the next day to deliver the truck directly to us. He made sure that everything was good to go before taking the keys to our trade in for the last time and handing us the keys to our dream truck. Haydn I cannot thank you enough for all that you did to make this truck a reality for us. If you are in the market for a vehicle PLEASE do yourself a favor and hit up Haydn Cone at Carl Black Chevy. You won't regret it.

We recently purchased a new car and we are extremely disappointed with the service we were given. We were told by the financier that we had 30 days to return our purchase for any reason and when we try to return we are then told that is not an option. Very misleading, especially when they just about say anything and seemingly willing to lie to get you to sign the contract. We wanted to return the car because we found scuffs inside the car, prints on the inner part of the window, and the back seats were not parallel as they should be, almost as if the car was pre-owned or used, which is what we suspect. When we tried returning the car, the treatment that we were given when we were initially interested in purchasing the car was out the window. Instead this time we waiting for about 3 hours just to give us an answer. When we wanted to speak to manager it seemed to us that we werent as important as we were a few days ago and it took 3 times to finally get the manager over to speak directly to him. As if the experience wasnt already bad enough, here comes the rude and condescending manager with white hair, I think his name is Gary, he basically tells us we are liars even when we explained to him that the financier told us we had 30 days to return. All around a horrible experience and will not recommend anyone doing business here.
