This review is for Ms. Shelby, who holds the early morning shift. She is the epitome of customer service. She is very knowledgeable and meticulous. She knows the ins and outs of the services to be rendered. She provides excellent customer service while going above and beyond customer care. She compensates for the grinchy and grumpy agents who answer the phone as if they woke up on the wrong side of their beds or got up on their left foot, acting like company-seeking misery. Ms. Shelby deserves both a promotion and a raise. She should be in charge of training at the headquarters.

Hello my name is Syerra Goodman I have been trying to pass my cosmetology tests since 2023. I’ve taken both tests five times and still have not passed either test currently to this day. I went to Rogers Academy in Prescott Az, I have tried to get help from my teachers there and never received the help I needed. I have an IEP and I would like to have the opportunity to have an verbal test if it is possible but I am unsure how to go about receive the help that I need or who to go to with this issue. I would greatly appreciate any help to get my carrier started!

Lynette was very professional, outstanding in her duties and extremely friendly. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Also, Lisa was responsible taking care of my application and expediting it so that I can sit for my exam.
