We deeply appreciate your feedback and understand the frustration you've experienced with our services. We take your comments seriously and hope that we can resolve your concerns.We attempted to address your concerns in our recent telephone and zoom conversations; we still feel that all of these issues would be best discussed in-person, and we invite you to speak with us directly regarding the issues. If speaking with us directly is not possible, we still would like to address your concerns, as outlined below.1. Bookkeeper and CFO at a fixed rate: NOW CFO only provides services on an hourly basis, including services for bookkeepers and CFOs. NOW CFO does not provide any fixed rate services. Based on the signed agreement with your company, it was our understanding that we would provide our services to you on an hourly basis. We apologize if that was not clearly communicated. Based on our discussions, it was our understanding that a bookkeeper would provide regular services once certain milestones were met. We apologize for any confusion surrounding this.2. No invoices: Based on the signed agreements, it was our understanding that we would send invoices every other week and that you had authorized payment of those invoices via ACH. We apologize if that was not clearly communicated. We sent our invoices out every two weeks and strived to ensure their delivery. We also changed the delivery address at your direction. We apologize for any confusion related to the invoices.3. Nothing to show for the services: While serving your company, we strived to provide the highest level of work possible. We discussed in previous meetings the lengthy list of tasks and projects accomplished while there. We would be happy to review again the work we performed for your company.4. Credit Offer: We understand that our services didn't meet your expectations, and therefore we offered a credit to you. We issued this credit immediately and it applied against the outstanding balance. We apologize for any confusion related to the recent invoice and the issued credit. We would be happy to discuss the details regarding this directly with you.We are open to discussing all of these matters further, and we invite you to schedule a call.
