The next time your guy wants to go to sleep in the Lowes parking lot dont have a park 3 inches from my bumper. Especially when theres 30 other vacant spots around. Thats a safety issue and a security issue for myself and my family that you guys want a box of thin like that. It made it to where I can barely get in my tailgate. Then be rude when I wake him up and ask him to move so that way I can put the material that I bought in the back of my truck. Maybe you guys need to work on your customer service. would not recommend using you guys do to the rudeness of your employees representing your business because they want to sleep and be rude to people out in public.

I had water damage in my home and this is the company that responded first from insurance. They were initially responsive and helpful with the remediation process but failed to communicate very important steps. They often left the job at my house to go start another clean up elsewhere. When it came time for the rebuild, I began to ask some questions about the process I could never get straight answers. I tried to contact Dan, the project manager, and he did not return my call. This company left me with an unfinished home after water damage.

Terrible experience. They do not know what they are doing, made many mistakes and now I have other companies coming in to fix their mistakes.
