Customer service is at an all time low! Chase should really raise their expectations a little higher and value their guests time. They have three ppl smiling to greet you, and only one at the window! Please help me make sense of this!

This review is specifically about the branch in Donelson (and customer service). Greeted at door. Kindly told that no one at the branch could help us (because the manager is on vacation and no one else at the branch could help in his absence). We were directed to an office to call customer service (who was also just as impotent and unwilling to help). We were then told that we could drive to the closest branch in Gallatin (which is wrong. Its in Berry Hill). This issue Ive been having proves the point everyone has been telling me for years. I dont have millions in the bank. Chase doesnt care. Ill be looking for another bank soon. Dont put your money here.

My debit card was hacked. Or I thought, until I filed the claim and was told by Customer support that it came out through apple pay. I lost the claim. Customer service said I needed to come here and show my apple pay transactions, that I didnt use it to make these payments and have them fax it to the claims dept. So I went, and this older white haired man was helping me. I said I needed help with a claim I made. Immediately said they are so busy, cant help srry bye I told him the claim is already done, I lost it. The customer service rep said I need to come here and show my apple pay transactions, that I didnt use it to make these payments and have you fax it, ect. He was not listening to me, he kept mansplaining different things that i already knew and had nothing to do with my request. i wasnt being taken seriously at all. i was very clear & kind and yet it took him forever to understand my request. to print a screenshot, and fax it with my claim number. I had the fax number and my claim number written down with me. Finally he said, Well it needs to be in paper form so we can fax it. I pointed out that I should be able to email it to someone here and it just needs printed then. he said no bc they have a closed network. I know I can send an email to a teller. When I opened my account with Chase, I conversed back and forth with the teller that helped me, through email. Anyway, the fraudulent activity amounted to almost $700 and I wasnt helped to make this fax. Left and cried in my car, knowing I wont be able to make my car payment tomorrow.
