        Disappointed that you do not get a call back by the staff. Disappointed in Daniel following my business partner out their front door arguing his lack of knowledge was the best US Bank can accomplish. The place is always a ghost town branch, never busy! Disappointed after 7 days waiting for Downtown US Bank and still no answer and clearly argued that was the best they could do Then we went to the Brentwood branch and the Branch Manager Steve Ernster fixed every issue in 10 minutes 3 employees downtown could not resolve in 7 days. A 3.5 google rating is considered horrible for a business. This branch has a well deserved 2.7.

        US BANK you are a joke signed up one week ago and since then I had my temporary card shut off for fraud my online account disabled ugh knew I should have chosen a different bank. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!! Go to WELLS FARGO OR USAA
