Would not recommend. Do yourself a favor and search elsewhere. This guy was so confident over the phone but is more talk than knowledge. On top of that I was given an estimate for a repair that was marked up over 300%. Its almost as if he hasnt a clue there is a search feature called Google to price check any parts that are quoted.

For the love of God dont use these people. Unless you want to be WAY overcharged. They will fix your issue but you will absolutely feel robbed. I was charged $209 to replace the tip of a wire. This tip or terminal when I looked online costs less than a dollar and He was at the house for 10 minutes and very obviously trying to stay longer lol. You might as well buy a new appliance before using these guys. Oh and I waited and was very nice and patient with them as I waited for them for 6 hours longer than I was supposed to. DO NOT DO IT.

I had a 1pm appointment that I took off work for to fix my stove. After 15 minutes I called to ask where the tech was, the owner simply said hes running behind and will get there when he can.. no eta no call to the tech to ask. After another two hours we simply canceled our appointment. They never called to say the tech was going to be late and really just didnt care. Unprofessional at its finest.
