        The apartments at River House are beautiful and spacious and they have great amenities. However, management has not been consistent and has really gone down hill. There have been multiple car break-ins within the gated garage and the leasing office wont do anything about it which is making many of us residents feel unsafe.

        I lived at River House for over three years. It was a great experience when managed by RAM. The day Grey Star took over everything went downhill, from the staff to the safety to the quality of the building. Some residents took advantage of the staff not doing anything and turned the pool and game room into a loud all night party. The pool had broken glass and vomit in it multiple times. The grounds reflected the lack of care and maintenance with the building falling apart, trash piling up, and areas not being cleaned. The photos on the website are from 2017, if you tour youll see the photos dont match what the property looks like today.

        The maintenance team is very hard working and always quick to respond to our needs! If there is not a solution right away they always find a temporary fix as well. They are doing a great job!
