        Cole did a great job and was quick to respond to the issues we were having. He not only fixed a leaky water heater promptly, but also eagerly took on any little projects while he was there! Very much appreciate his hard work and attention to detail :)

        Chuck is awesome. He is kind and always there to help you when you need it. I have lived here for a year and anytime I need someone he is there for you. I could not imagine living here without his constant support and over the top effort to make us happy.

        We were still living in temporary housing due to the Dec. 2023 tornado in Clarksville. They found something for our budget and got us and our kitty in quickly! We love our new apartment! Brandywine staff is always very helpful. Love the smart locks, dishwasher and balcony!

        Made an appointment to tour at 5pm via zoom as I live in another state. Stefanie called me when I was at work, left a message asking if I could do earlier. She did not say she was unavailable or anything. I called back within 10 min and I left a message saying I am not available until the scheduled time so I assumed everything was okay. I have now been waiting for almost an hour with ZERO communication. I called the corporate office and they couldn't even get ahold of the on-site team. I understand things can come up but its common courtesy to communicate if you are unable to make an appointment and offer to reschedule rather than have someone rush home from work to just sit here and hear nothing from the person you had an appointment with. It is clear this office is VERY unprofessional, glad I got this experience so I didn't sign a 12 month lease with them. After reading more reviews, the theme seems to be that the team on-site is unprofessional and doesn't seem to take care of the property.
