        Been here coming up on 24 hours waiting for a part from Freightliner in Nashville 30 minutes away. Was told Freightliner forgot to put it on morning delivery truck. Don't know about these parts but in my part of the US companies would have ran to get it. I wish I would've taken the chance of it de-rating to 5 mph and continued into Nashvile Penski, they got things done for me the last time my truck had issues going through here. This place doesn't understand the customer service term. Their service guy that came out to try to get me going is the only thing I've got to say about this place that would be positive
