Horrible. The NP never examined me just stood in the doorway and asked when my back pain started. Did not even ask where my back was hurting (I am a nurse myself). She said I guess you want an x-rayand I responded I was hoping to get one as the pain was severe and not getting better. She said she would go order it but they were closing in 30 min and she wouldnt get the results until the next day. Told me she would call in a muscle relaxer and steroid. When I asked if I could take the muscle relaxer with my normal Skelaxin that I take three times a day, she looked at me and said what is that? I said a muscle relaxer!. I was so floored by the poor service. When they called with the results of my x-ray, she had ordered the wrong part of my back! They x-rayed my lumbar not my thoracic!! Worst service I have ever received at ANY urgent care and a total waste of my co-pay.

I couldnt have any better care than Alyssa performed with much professionalism and caring. She heard my symptoms. She heard my lungs which were wheezing. She knew I was having trouble breathing. There wasnt anything that she didnt present to me for my care along with the chest x-ray to be read by the radiologist, she prescribed accordingly and I picked up the medicine this morning and Alyssa Im taking it. Thank you again for your professionalism and also your caring which ranks high in my opinion in the medical professionalism that might be lacking with some but not with you five stars Alyssa for the staff and you!
