I do not recommend Authentiq tax services. I had them do taxes for one of my bookkeeping clients and they received the data end of January beginning of February. Was told they were sent in two days before the March 15 deadline. Then at 7pm on March 14 I got an email because she didn't fill out the right papers and then at 8pm on the day of the deadline, March 15, 2024 I received an email to review the tax returns and have them in the mail by midnight that night. Gave us no time to review them and then the last name was spelled wrong so they did not get sent out until March 16.

I have been to this tax office and I can say that its the most family oriented plus Christian oriented place to go to. They give you the best return plus it comes in a timely matter! If theres any questions or concerns they answer it with respect and in a timely manner as well. They dont lie nor steer you in the wrong directions they are very informative with anything that comes up! They will be the only place I go to! The prices are very affordable for anyone who has a budget issue. Come in and join the authentiq family as I did

This is my second year filling my taxes with Authentic. I can honestly tell you that they are on top of their game. They know what they are doing. I like the fact that they don't just file your taxes, they advise you on the things that you should and should not that can potentially affect your return. I would definitely recommend other people to Authentic.
