1 star is too high. Would not let me set up a payment plan that I actually can afford and was demanding almost $900 a month for an overpayment they admitted was their mistake and money I didnt even receive. Now theyre threatening a distress warrant. Emailing back-and-forth is the most ghetto and unprofessional experience Ive ever had. But I needed something in writing. If I can be approved for a loan just to be rid of them, I would. Below is the response to me asking how they go from making me pay almost $900 a month to If I dont, theres a possibility theyll take an entire paycheck per month. Mind you, Ive already been sending in what I can, which isnt much, but I thought it would help. Not sure if it will now but god willing- I was telling you what would happen if you don't have a formal agreement I didn't say we would just send it to the IRS. Now if you can't do the formal agreement then you will do the verbal one. I was just giving you the information if you can't do the formal then send in what you can. If you don't understand send me your phone number and I will cal you back next week afte the holidays.

Worst "service" ever. It is impossible to get someone on the phone, as even the option specifically stating to press it to stay on hold for next operator just goes straight to voicemail. Called over a week ago and never got called back. Email was answered, but they did not follow up with the answer to my inquiry.

This office has Terrible services they never answer the phone you cant never get your business took care of with them. They are so unprofessional and you have to call 300 times just to get an answer! Its seems they dont care about stressing people out more then they already are because I tried telling the lady about their services how hard it is to get in touch with them she acted all nonchalant about it and had a bad attitude going on about there busy.I told her I understood they are busy but whats there excuse for just wasting people time instead of giving them the right info the first time and submitting individuals claims like there suppose to instead of having people call in to make sure its done because of no correspondence it like they are incapable of doing there job because we are doing it for them! Because they are not notifying people about things that are holding there claim up and when you try to call to get info on whats going on its almost impossible to get someone to answer and handle your case appropriately.
