The employees are terrible with customer service and unprofessional! 3 employees looked at my gifted shoes and said they hadnt been worn but they would not exchange for a different size and couldnt give me a reason why. It boiled my blood for them to eat McDonalds in my face and not properly assist me or give a reason for not exchanging my shoes for a different size. They just didnt want to help they stare at you like you shouldnt even be there. The employees there tonight are there to run up the time clock only! I wont be back to this location.

Horrible place ever. They are suppose to open at 10 all the other stores around have opened and yet nobody has showed for champs. Ive been sitting here waiting and watching other people come up to the door and try and open it. Like this is ridiculous hire people who can show up to work on time to open.

Went to get some shoes at 810 pm and the doors were locked and two people just standing in there. Website says open until 9 pm. Need shoes for tomorrow but I guess I will take my business elsewhere from now on
