Chris Jones and the Ryse Realty team are not to be trusted when you give them a punch list on the flipped houses they provide. We purchased a house from them in august and details specific things that we wanted done before closing, they were simple things that came up on the inspection like putting a door on the crawl space, they decided a flimsy piece of 1/16th plywood would work, we now have water in our crawl. We asked for screens on the alleged new windows they put in, they came by a week after closing and screens didnt fit, they offered to fix them and they still didnt fit, they just jammed them in the windows. Do not work with this company or any of the houses they sell they will make it seem as though you are getting a great deal but they did cheap BS work. This is the epitome of bad real estate and it makes hard working realtors and house flippers in Nashville a bad name.
