PNC Mortgage

Compared to other banking institutions in the area, this bank/branch is subpar. Their employees lack essential customer service skills. On three separate occasions, the same three employees were standing/sitting around talking to one another with frivolous small talk, but helping assist customers with banking needs appeared to be an extremely low priority.

Atm is useless. Never accepts cash. You waste 10 minutes or more trying to get it to work and it NEVER does.

The branch seems hidden by google and I didn't know the branch was here until driving past it but super helpful staff. Sure beats driving to Franklin. Sophie was great in helping getting everything sorted after moving to the area.

I had a check that was written on a PNC account. They refused to cash it. Said it needed extra verification and I had to go to a bank in Kentucky or Alabama. If they arent going to cash checks they should close this branch.

This branch is a joke. I used to bank at one down in AL since 2016, ever since I moved to Murfreesboro this past year, I cant get anything accomplished through this location. Ive tried making deposits on several occasions through their ATM, it NEVER accepts cash. And anytime I try calling, they never answer, so I keep getting re-directed back to their call center.
