Very bad service the worst experience as a first home buyer made it very difficult and stressful experience they informed me with things that needed to be done 2 days before my closing day . I wasnt able to close on my house on time

Belinda and her team have been great to work with while getting our loan for our home. They were so thorough on the front end so very little to do on the rest of the journey. If we had questions they answered quickly and fully. Their team took so much of the pressure off of such a normally stressful process. We appreciate their professional, organized, and timely way they handled our loan. Thanks Belinda and team! You Rock!

I was referred to Belinda by a realtor that highly recommended her for a pre-approval. I called Belinda directly and had some questions. I immediately felt like she did not have time for me until I mentioned who referred me. Even then, I could tell she was not interested in helping me directly. I completed everything as she instructed, uploaded all docs and it took me and the realtor calling to get assistance from Stevi. That purchase deal did not work out. When we were ready to make another offer on a different property, I reached out to Stevi to see what I needed to do. She was going to work on it and get back to me that afternoon. It's been 2+ weeks and I have yet to hear from anyone. For someone that came highly recommended, I feel like we were not important enough to even get a "no"
