Three years ago, my husband and I met with Janelle when we were investigating areas to relocate for retirement. During our search, she was always professional, honest, and quick to reply. When we saw homes which caught our interest, she provided honest advice. She helped us find our current home, arranged a virtual walk through, aided us in our negotiations, inspections, and closing. We continue to use her as a resource for various contractors since she only works with those who have the highest standards. Janelle and her team are the best!

I seriously dont know where to start in saying positive things about Janelle and Aaron. Hands down the best real estate experience I have ever had. We engaged them to assist us in getting my 84-year-old fathers home ready to sell and then listing it. From beginning to end, they went above and beyond effectively project managing/general contracting major clean-up and extensive renovations to the home, staging it beautifully, and then listing it and selling it at a price that was considerably higher than we had ever thought possible. They were smart, attentive, responsive, and compassionate throughout the whole process. The sale closed yesterday, and even with a few hiccups at the very end, they were there with us making sure that everything went smoothly. I really cannot believe our good fortune that we found them.

If I could rate higher stars, I would. Working with Aaron and Janelle has been one of the best experience in terms of customer service that Ive received in a long time. They are a perfect team to meet your needs, whether you are just looking or have an immediate need they will partner with you to find your perfect home. This duo works seamlessly together making sure that questions are answered immediately, and any of your concerns are address thoroughly and thoughtfully. Ive never worked with a team that was so responsive! I loved that they were so knowledgeable about the area, and if they didnt have an immediate answer they would follow up quickly. If youre questioning whether or not to work Janelle, Aaron and their team of professionals look no further! Best team ever!!!
