Twice I have walked into your establishment at different times of the day/night, both times I was met by numerous people waiting to order and for food. Some of them had been there for 45 mins. So both times, I walked across the parking lot and had a meal at Wendy's. Should I even give you a third chance?

Definitely not the same experience as it is in Texas.

I just spent 58 minutes in the drive-thru line at this Whataburger. I ordered 2 combo meals and after paying and receiving 2 drinks I waited 25 minutes for the 2 burgers/fries. After knocking on the window (nobody was checking back with me) I was told "let me check". Tne... yes, 10 minutes went by with no answer. I knocked again and was told we "just found your ticket and we'll have it out soon". Well.... they had my money and I had my drink - so, they obviously had my "ticket". Last trip to that location.

I would give this place zero if I could . We have waited 55 minutes and still no food . There looks to be 7/8 people standing inside . Does not look to be working . Both drive through lanes are full. This is our second time here and the first was similar . We will NOT be back . So frustrated !!!
