There are many wonderful things I can say about Isam's skills as a real estate agentand I'll touch on thatbut the real reason you want to work with him is because he cares deeply. My parents and I worked with him to get them into a 55+ community near me. He told me, "Through it all, my job is to make this as stress-free as possible," and I found that to be exactly true working with him. Not only did he find the perfect place at the perfect time for us, but he coordinated *everything* for my parents, truly going above and beyond in every way. The whole processfrom finding the perfect location to inspections to securing a lenderat first felt daunting for my parents, but Isam always just... took care of it. He was wonderful with them and fought for them every step of the way. He sold my parents' house for what they needed, despite the fact that rising interest rates had slowed the market. He was super available and communicative; I'm not sure I've met a professional in any industry as on the ball as he is. You can tell he's really passionate about his work. I'm very grateful for all he did for my parents and me. It literally changed the course of our lives in the best of ways! I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

Everyone has that one guy/gal thats a realtor. Its typically: my aunt, my brother, my friend at church, etc. I had the privilege of meeting Isam organically and there was something he had that no one else did. His drive outpaced his passion and his passion is fierce. Ive never seen a realtor more caring for his clients while exceeding expectations. Each time we reached out about a minor detail, he responded immediately and with in-depth knowledge. Dont hire the next person you know, hire the one that will push to the last second to get the job done right. Thats Isam.
